Rti decision against zila sainiik board jalandhar
As per the welfare measure & guidelines from Ministry of Defence Ex-Service men are entitled for vitrification of their pension and other documents are to be attached by the Zila Sainik Welfare Officer (ZSWO) but ZSWO Jalandhar was refusing the verification of documents of the Ex-Servicemen those are registered with other districts of Punjab.
As the service condition of the ex-servicemen who got the employment and posted to other districts or ex-service,men from other states are facing great difficulty for verification of documents from ZSWO Jalandhar
RTI application filed and decision of the State commission of Punjab.
