Central Secretariat Manual of E - Office Procedure February - 2012 and Manual of office procedure September 2010 Released!
I hereby bring to the attention of all the RTI users that the Department of Administrative reforms have released the Soft copy of the Manual of E-office procedure on February 2012. It can be downloaded from darpg.nic.in from the menu titled " Rules & Manuals". Suitable RTI applications to the CIC New Delhi, based on this will make the CIC transparent and accountable in connection with the official processing of online complaints and second appeals filed under the RTI act, 2005.
