Kisan Credit Card holders details not disclosable
The Madhya Pradesh High Court has ruled that individual Kisan card Holders details cannot be disclosed under RTI.
The applicant had approached the court against a CIC order ordering disclosure of Total amounts only. The court ruled that totals can be disclosed but not each individuals card details.
