The Orders of the PSIC are as below:
CCNo. 2580 of 2010
I, therefore, consider it afit case to issue bailable warrant against Ms. Vinay Sharma, Tehsildar,Amritsar-1 in exercise of powers conferred on me under Section 18(3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 read with all relevant provisions of the CivilProcedure Code, to produce the relevant record pertaining to the queries of theinformation-seeker before me on the next date of hearing, which is fixed for18.6.2012. A copy of this order shall be endorsed to the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar for service of this orderon Ms. Vinay Sharma, Tehsildar, Amritsar-1.
