RTI from Registrar(birth/death) I asked for a photo copy of entry of birth record from dist. registrar( Birth/ death) under RTI. But their is no answer from PIO after more than a month. What should i do now ?

No information within 30 days means "deemed denial" of information.Sponsorer
You have to file a first appeal for "deemed denial" of information.
It has to be filed within 60 days of the date of your RTI application.

The First Appeal under Section 19(1) lies with the Departmental Officer Senior to PIO and Designated as Appellate Authority. Please file this within 30 days from the date of expiry of 30 days available to PIO.
