a) Has the developers, Unitech Limited aand Pioneer Profin Limited, has applied for Occupation Certificate application form along with relevant documents, if the yes, the date of application.
b) What is daily progress made on this application/letter till date.
c) Names and designations of the officials with whom this application/letter was lying during this period. Please intimate the periods when it was lying with which officer and what action was taken by that official during that period on what dates.
d) Please give evidences of receipt and dispatch of this application/letter in the offices of each of these officials.
e) According to your rules or citizens charter or any other order, in how many days should such a matter be dealt with and resolved. Please provide a copy of these rules.
f) If the above officials have not adhered to the time limit mentioned in these rules and are guilty of violating these rules and hence guilty of misconduct under their conduct rules. Please give a copy of their conduct rule, which they have violated by violating the above mentioned rule.
g) In case no action has been initiated for dereliction of duties against erring officials, the reasons be made known to me, with name and contact details of controlling authority of these officials/employees.
h) Please provide me certified photocopy of file notings held on the said application.
