PIO disclosed my information without following Sec 11
During one of PA's file inspection I discovered that SPIO has provided information related to me without making any third party reference by SPIO to me. What can be done in this case?

File RTI app to know name of spio and RTI application on which spio has provided your info to others once this is with you only then proceed with further action ( file it via some other person - so as to spio never gets sensitized )
