Hon'ble members. Whether such law has been made by state government. If any law has been enacted or is being gone enacted, is arbitrary, draconian, biased, undemocratic and ultravires to the provisions of R.T.I. Act 2005. State government can make the rules for processing of RTI communiques without affecting the generality of the act. If such rules are enacted will be ultravires to provisions of constitution as well.
