Unfair act? waht can be done

Here is a scenario where an applicant sought all applications with attached documents questioning an organisation regarding the selection process an all the details were furnished. She put the case based on those document making some of the applicant as respondents. in the process, they hav quashed the appointments and finally stayed in nec=xt step.
Later the respondent sought the same details to defend the case to show that there were many more ineligible candidates in the process and why target selectively a few. But now the organization is denying the certified copies sating 8ii,je, and ,not giving the information regarding marks card, experience certificates saying it is personal docs.
When they have given docs to a third party to file a case they are not giving the copies to their own employees to protect them self. Is it not injustice? kindly advice regarding this. This has been done with malafide intention by the petitioner and organization of securing a higher post by the director.
By giving the docs, they harmed the life of certain employees. what legal measures be taken? can this be a pioint of defense in the court of law where there is discrimination in providing the information.
