If am correct, your letter has been received by dak on 22 Feb 2012, and has been transferred to Hon'ble IC Satyendra Mishra.

Those are not the correct lists. Dont rely on them 100%. Originally Posted by nk agarwal
Many of my second appeals / complaints are also missing from those lists.
Just use those lists to find out which of your cases are missing and then pursue the matter using RTI.

Tired really pursuing the pending cases in CIC; the pendency defeats the very purpose of 2nd Appeal and Complaint.
Some of the following problems are prominent
(1)not listed at all.
(2) even decided cases shown -under scrutiny
(3) cases not sent/marked to appropriate ICs - case not dealt by the delegated IC
(4 complaints on non-compliance remains pending
(5) Complaints for non compliance converted into 2nd Appeals asking the complainant to repeat the cycle from 1st Appeal to 2nd appeal again etc. thanks
