Uttar Pradesh government machinery is flooded with various corruption caseses. Since five years mayawati has done nothing except looting the state. Senior bureaucracy conspired to send the public fund in private pockets. Matter was raised before supreme court of India but court did not entertain as applicant had reached various concern authority for redressal of grievance. How much dilemma, when various concern authority is not informed for redressal of grievance, then court say go to concern authority first for redressal of grievance then come to me for redressal of grievance. In india, if complainant is making any complaint, then grievance redressal authority before taking the cognizance of matter, takes cognizance of status of person filed grivance of public interest for redressal. In India even courts proceedings are misused blatantly to harass and wreak vengience with the wistle blower. Court orders are not complied by bureaucrats and these orders taken by bureaucrats negligently but court does not show fury to such erring bureaucrats but in case of common man immediate warrant is issued and cases can also be instituted on the basis of forged documents. Here PMO says that once grievance forwarded to concern, my duty is over, whether concern may take action or not. In complaint regarding the judiciary, government says , in our country judiciary is independent and we can't interfere with the work of judiciary. To file writ, one will have to arrange the counsel whose fees per hearing is 1 lac rupees. How a common man who earn for living being by working daily can hire such lawyer?
