Wrongly implecated in an excessive usage of BSNL broadband connection of unknown person 50 km away.
I was using BSNL broad band for quite some time in recent past. Suddenly I got summons for appearing in the court for having been involved in using a bsnl BB connection(from 1st March 2008 to 31st March 2008,Bill amt.~Rs. 35000/-) of a person who is located at a distance of 50 km from my place.
I was surprised to find if it is possible to use a land line BB connection from such a distance, of a person whom you even don't know.
What data/technical details should I get to prove myself innocent.
Can I get it through RTI.

Under RTI, you can ask for -Sponsorer
1. the entire file of BSNL that lead to this allegation, and also
2. all other records referred for issue of summons in the instant case
Also read the CIC decision attached with this post, to figure out how you can claim compensation under RTI for detriments suffered by yourself due to this mistake
