Verified signature of public servant disclosable under RTI
The CIC has ruled taht verified signature of a public servant is disclosable under RTI:
However, in query number 2, the Complainant has sought a certified copy of a verified
signature of Mr. Jagdish. The Commission directs the Respondent to provide the
Complainant with the same. If the information is not available on record, then the
Respondent is directed to inform the Complainant of the same.
