i am working as Asst. Engineer, i want to that if there is any benefit policy for handicapped during departmental promotion

Hon'ble member. First you respected member may ascertain, whether apgenco is public authority as defined under the provisions of R.T.I. Act 2005. If apgenco is public authority, then seek aforesaid information from PIO public authority by submitting RTI communique under subsection 1 of section 6 of R.T.I. Act 2005 with request to made available sought information within stipulated time as specified under subsection 1 of section 7 of R.T.I. Act 2005.
