help Required for Car Loan

Hi Friends,

Help required as I have defaulted on 3 car loan payments and now when their recovery agent is calling I have asked them to first return the cheque before collecting the payment. They are forcing me to pay without giving the bounced cheque.

I believe this will not be covered by RTI - you are not seeking information, and what you want is not from a public authority.

sir,
you visit to loan provider bank or financer's office and pay rest amount and take reciept. when you do it then give them application that you deposited defualter amount and now they return that chque. remmeber you may take reciept for this. and also submit one application in your bank that they stop payment. if after this the financer again demand you mony for deposited amount then you give him notice through CONSUMER SANGATHAN FOR SEVA ME KAMI KE LIYE. AND ALSO send application to RBI of state branch.
if recovery agent will abuse to you then FILE FIR NEAR POLICE STATION.
