    Answer scripts under RTI.

    Well, now the answer scripts of any examination is covered under RTI Act. But what I need is the copy of judgement that was given by SC on 9th Aug 2011 which says that answer scripts are under RTI Act. Can anyone provide me with the copy?
    Its very urgent.
