Regarding private hospital on BMC land

Sir wanted to know about, there is a BMC land in Mulund West, which was reserved for Maternity hospital, but the Owner of the hospital with the help of local corporater and BMC officals builded a 100 bed Multispecialty Hospital..............
Also according to the law, around 25% should be reserved for the poor patients and a Board should also be displayed, now I want to get the details about the Hospital, under what rule did the BMC allot this plot to private hospital, what kind of shoddy deals took place between the Hospital and BMC official and Corporater,

Sir I want to expose the corruption, as this land was alloted for Maternity hospital for the poor, but these big sharks are minting money without even thinking about the poor............

How can i proceed further ?????????

First step would be to file a RTI with the BMC and ask for inspection of all files related to.............................
Those files will contain all details about the terms and conditions of allotment.
The contents of the files will also give you leads as to how to proceed further.

You can file a RTI application with the PIO of BMC. Details of PIO will be available on the website of BMC, under the "RTI" link. Or simply call that office and ask "Who is the PIO in your office under the RTI Act 2005. I want to file a RTI application." ?

Your RTI Application has to be as per the RTI Rules and Fees for Maharashtra.
These are available in the Guide section of the Portal: RTI Guide

Please read the other articles in the Guide section as well as the links given in the FAQ here: RTI FAQ

These will be of help to you during the RTI process.
