    But, one thing must be clarified that, the information seeker(Ashok if i name correctly) u/s 6(1), should not ask the PIO, the reasons for delay.
    PIO can give reasons if it is in record. Instead, he should ask for daily progress report of his application.

    Reasons may be sought from the Public Authority, u/s 4(1)(d): provide reasons for its administrative or quasi-judicial decisions to affected persons.



    Exercise your Right To get Information by holding Govt. accountable to the governed.
