This is totally contradictory order to the earlier order passed by Ex CIC WH:

Residential Addresses of Officers have to be suo-motu disclosed under Sec 4(1)(b)(ix)

In fact, I was able to get the residential addresses of all officers/staff in the CIC.

If quarters are provided by govt to officers, their details are to be disclosed. In case officer is staying in private residence [hired or owned etc] in my opinion will not be disclosable though the govt may be having its location on its record.

WE GET GOVT WE DESERVE. WHAT DO YOU PLAN FOR 2013?

Read that decision by CIC WH (link given in post #2) and you will see the logic he used even to allow details of non official accommodation.
