pay protection rule for an employee changing job from central govt to rajasthan govt.
I am s k verma, permanent employee(grade pay Rs.4800) in kendriya vidyalaya sangathan(new delhi, Govt of India), has been selected as college lecturer(Grade pay Rs.6000) through RPSC in state govt rajasthan.
In rajasthan govt. there is a fixed amount for new recruitees during probation period that is too less than my present salary in kvs.
In rajasthan govt there is a pay protection rule for rajasthan govt employee changing there deptt or post in the same govt only. But there is no such rules for central govt employees getting new job in rajasthan govt.
please help me how can i get salary of my previous post during probation period.
