An effort to demystify courts, its processes RTI act suggested more than dozen items to be listed by all PAs (within I think 6 months in 2005) on its websites. FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) is one such item.
I think courts are a big mystery to common man as information is not available on any of its aspects. If aspects like: Basic definitions, processes, channels, names of people, FAQs, technicalities etc are made available in public domain, then common man will not get cheated at the hands of cunning/legally savvy hawks.
I think a legal authority could moderate a list of minimal items that could be put up on web sites.
I aim at providing one one such item that this quasi judicial body should publish in public domain. This item looks technical (as of now), but is really not so. It is a common means to cheat gullible people and scare them away. It is lack of information, the mystery that shrouds it that is causing all sorts of criminality in courts, its processes. So, I have listed this item in my RTI.
It will be nice if esteemed members would discuss elaborately on this. I assure you that it will be for a good public cause. A landmark verdict will enable wipe off corrupt individuals, processes who are taking shelter under this pretext to a large extent if this aspect is demystified in this manner.
Note: I have limitations in accessing internet. But, I will be accessing it when resources permit me. Rest of it (my own limitations) may PLEASE be understood.

An effort to demystify courts, its processes
A court committed an illegality. As a common man, but a law abiding citizen, I tried all means to gather on what is wrong. I detected it later on. They are trying to give a wrong definition to cover up their illegality.Sponsorer
I am sure this will be a good item for FAQ as defined in RTI act. Well, if it is not publicised to that extent, I feel this matter should not be kept a mystery for ever and ever. Definitions should be posted. Ways and means to tackle this legal situation has to be made known to public.
In this context, I would like to record on this forum that RTI has multiple aims:
* Do all that is possible to remove as much of corruption as is possible and make it impossible for individuals, organisations to cheat society through this means. - Courts, hospitals etc are too autocratic only because these are not made as simple as science, maths etc. 1 + 1 cannot be anything but 2 whatever be the method, person etc. So also Hydrogen and Oxygen makes water molecule whether you do the experiment or me or someone else. But, it is not so in courts. If X appears, the judge gets a different meaning and gives a different order than what it will be if Y appears. These should not keep happening on and on and on. It should all be well set. So, demystifying aspects are a must.
So, it will be nice if members suggest ways and means to force this court, a PA too to accept its error (that has been more than adequately proven through other means) and demystify this aspect through RTI so that it would be a service to the society at all. Well yes, I have suffered lots of damage. I will have to undergo more sufferings before I get justice. But, if this RTI succeeds, I think society will be able to benefit out of it.A court committed an illegality. As a common man, but a law abiding citizen, I tried all means to gather on what is wrong. Re: An effort to demystify courts, its processes
RTI can not and should not be used to dictate the Courts . Courts function under Court Rules and there is a good reason for that . Few isolated cases of grouses should not be reason for public debates over functioning of courts . Courts need to be respected for proper judicial functioning . For accountability we have a tier system , Orders of lower courts can be put to test before superior courts under Rules .
S.4 pro-active disclosure about ADMINISTRATIVE functioning of courts is required like in any other PA .
