    You can file RTI with SPIO of Office of Chief Secretary of concerned govt seeking details of action taken on particular SC judgement [mention date, decision No. and other relevant details], names and designation with office addresses of officers responsible for implementation, reasons for not implementing, present status etc. Please refer:
