I have not bee able to locate the address/information about
the PIO of Rajasthan Traffic Police. I want to file an RTI to
Jodhpur Traffice Police.
Can someone help me out?

Just call up the Addnl. SP Traffic and ask him "Who is the PIO in your office under the RTI Act 2005" ?

Just called. No one is picking up the phone. Are they supposed to be available 24x7?

I had tried this number before 8PM today: 080-66600999.
It doesn't seem to work.
Does the above number usually work?
Is there a better number than this?

Dharmendra,

Just try again or another person.
Alternatively send the RTI application to the Commissioner of Police Jodhpur with a covering letter stating that since the address of PIO is not available, he may forward it to the right person.
