Lost in the Central Information Commission ?
Many members of this portal (including myself) have complained of their letters/appeals/complaints getting lost in the CIC or not reaching the proper person.
Even if they reach they get lost the the Kafkaesque labyrinth of the CIC.
Just to give members (who have never had a chance to visit the CIC) an idea of what the CIC inward department and the room of a Joint Registrar in CIC looks like, I am attaching 2 pictures:

Does anyone still think that papers cannot get lost in CIC ?
And CIC has decided to stop digitizing its records except for Registries of CIC SM and IC SG (who demits office in July).
