firstly you could have put all your 4 queries in a single post , being on similar subject , to avoid clutter on the forum .
Secondly , forum suggests use of RTI Act for getting Information from Public Authorities under the Act , which this forum is not . Forum , itself does not provide any INFORMATION speaking technically .
