Ministry of Law and Justice accepting Non Judicial Stamp s application fee !
One would have thought that at least the legal eagles in the Ministry of Law & Justice would be well aware of the Central RTI Rules and Fees as well as mode of payment.
Attached is an example where they have accepted Non Judicial Stamp as application fee for a RTI application.
