CIC decided to have only ONE Registry from 01 June 2012
I think the mounting number of complaints against Registry's of different ICs in the CIC, has led the CIC to decide that it is better to have only ONE Registry for all ICs - a central Registry for the Commission.

Supplementary
The Commission directed the Secretary to explore the possibility of a Central
Registry for the Commission. It desired that the Central Registry should be
operational preferably from 1st June and positively from 15th June 2012.
