even after working for more than 25 years in the same organisation in clerical cade with Bachelor degree, the Departmental proomotion committee is setting the requirement for Post graduate degree for senior level officers. Is it fair, what is the justification, when the same management is advertisement for senior level manager for degree qualification plus additional qualifications     |
