Now let me elaborate what I actually meant, although I didn't specify earlier (on purpose).
Fellow Countrymen, since independence our nation has seen an unfair number of natural disasters, as always 'politicians' have endeavored to get political mileage, with every such disaster.
Lets take instance of floods, We have seen that after large areas are inundated and there is hue and cry, some CM or PM take an "AIR FORCE" plane or Helicopter and surveys the affected area. Once they land they make an announcement of some monetary relief.
Now our questions in this RTI application would be:
Since independence, verify the logs of all those who took the ride, how many were competent(skilled/educated) to make scientific/mitigation/rescue/relief assessment of the affected population/area?
What was the purpose of others aboard the aircraft?
Was any other aerial survey carried out by officials responsible for scientific/mitigation/rescue/relief assessment?
Wouldn't the same sortie/resources be helpful for life saving activities?
These are few just questions, that too in brief.
So now you know, now please help me, how about going ahead collectively?

Which ride? Be specific. What do you mean by "verify the logs"? You can ask for certified copy of records or inspection of records.Since independence, verify the logs of all those who took the ride
This is merely an opinion. RTI can be used to seek records and not opinions.how many were competent(skilled/educated) to make scientific/mitigation/rescue/relief assessment of the affected population/area?
Purely an opinionWhat was the purpose of others aboard the aircraft?
Be more specific about what information you want. Was any other aerial survey carried out by officials responsible for scientific/mitigation/rescue/relief assessment?
Purely an opinion. Can't be asked.Wouldn't the same sortie/resources be helpful for life saving activities?
You need to draft your application tactfully if you want any information.
