Regarding property dispute.

Hi To every member of this Community,

I my self Suryakant N Raut. We have injustice at Our home in our family.
My father has two brother One Late Mr Vithal B Raut and another Late Mr Bhagwan B Raut and My father was third Late Mr Narayan B Raut As my father arived in Mumbai in 1947 then he staid in Mahim after few day his brothers came and staid with him then the shiefted to Malad where they three capture a plot of land where they build up the shed house they use to pay tax to BMC days past then the second brother Mr Bhagwan changed the property in his name he first change the name in Thailshdar and Thalti office in (7/12) in year 1963 without informing two brothers then slowly in property tax bill which was in his name for BMC and in the year 1976 the bigger brother Mr Vithal B Raut expired then in 1982 again we rebuild house into brike by contributing of the three brothers amount, and the room were disturbuted. The house was of 6 Room but the bigger brother Late Mr Vithal B Raut family use to stay in one room and the smaller brother family Mr Narayan B Raut family use to stay in one room and Mr Bhagwan as caputer 4 room out of 6 room and also till then they use to pay tax to BMC but in the name of MR Bhagwan B Raut at last in Year 1993 he to expired and in the year 1998 Mr Narayan B Raut expired.

So Now Late Mr Bhagwan B Raut son Mr Ashok B Raut Claim he is the owner of the property and he has right to remove both the familyfrom that house.

So I would request the community member to help in this matter.
What should we do as we donot have any proof and how should we collect older proof please guide me on this.
