Are FAQs not one of the items listed for Pro active voluntary disclosure or not? Are there any CIC/SIC/superior court decisions that:

2. Asks PA to include this this item in its FAQ i.e. Voluntary disclosure list?
PS: I have limited access to internet. But, I definitely follow threads.
