Need Help regarding information about Sanjeevani Investments Pvt.Ltd.

Hi,

In 1991, myself and my brother became agents for Sanjeevani Savings & Investments Pvt. Ltd (India), A private saving company.

We had invested around Rs.30,000 on our own and made some clients who had invested around 50,000.

The company worked fine for 4 years and it sank after that. One of the directors died and the other directors of the company ran out of country.
Some of the agents filled a case against the company in the mumbai high court and we were told that court has appointed a liquidator to seal and sell the company's property to give our money back.

But after that, nothing has happened and we do not know from where we can get the information about it.

It would be helpful, if some from here tell me where to fill the RTI for this and get the right information.

Could you please be more specific about what information you need? If you want information about the status of the case before high court, you can get it from the court itself.
