Need Help: Building plan related RTI query with BBMP

This is how I am planning to draft my query, Please suggest corrections.

I have another doubt regarding SPIO within BBMP for getting the desired information on building plans - should I address it to the SPIO in 'City Planning Department' or to the SPIO in 'Works/Engineering Department' ?


1. Full Name of the Applicant: <I will put my name here>

2. Address: < I will put my address here>

3. Details of the document/ Inspection/ Samples required:

Certified photocopies of Approved building plans, permission and authorization letters issued by BBMP to construct house on <my neighbours address>

4. Year to which the above pertains: Year 1997-1998 onwards (certified photocopies all records related to building plan approval from the said date)

5. Designation and Address of the SPIO from whom information is required:
Assistant Executive Engineer (City Planning Department)
