Framing RTI: Need help to frame RTI to IT dept againt FIL and others seeking ?

i am seeking help in framing questions to file RTI against my wife FIL MIL SIL seeking their IT filing details such as their form 16 and any related documents(balance sheet) submitted along with the filing. i am also seeking related CIC citations which will help me in getting the required information.

Dear Member

If these individuals are Govt. employees then you may file RTI application for SALARY (monthly emoluments) as this detail has to be declared suo-motu by the PA under Sec 4(1)(b)(x).
