i have applied for a flat under DDA Housing Scheme 2008 vide application No. 0552383.

i wanted to know the status of my application, whether is has been submitted to DDA by bank or not?

You can make an RTI application to DDA, asking,

1) Have you received my application bearing serial number 0552383 under DDA Housing Scheme 2008 ? On what date? Please give me a copy of pages of your inward register in support of your claim.

2) What is the action taken on this form? What is the period by which the final action will be taken (Say, like allotment of flat)?.

Assuming you have submitted application in a public sector bank, you can also ask them like

1) I have mede payment along with submission of form under DDA Housing Scheme 2008 bearing serial number 0552383 on ____________ date. What is the date on which the same has been forwarded to DDA?
2) Please give me a copy of correct pages of your outward register in support of the above claim
3) Please give me a copy any document showing date of receipt of this form by DDA
