Information: marks memos doesnot receive

sir
i have applied for duplicate memos to jntu anantapur.....but till now i didnot receive it through college ....i contacted to jntu examination branch, they are simply telling that we sent to your college.. but in college they are saying we didnot receive....now what about my memos.....can i approach through right to information act.........if yes please give the application procedure....

You may file RTI application with PIO of JNTU (http://jntu.ac.in/bboard/rtiact-20052.pdf) for date of dispatch, mode of dispatch and proof of dispatch of the same.

where do i find application for this process.........can i contact jntu university on this or any rti office.....please help me on this, i am new to this process and i am unaware of this right to information act.

a. PIO stands for PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER. You can get the details here: http://jntu.ac.in/bboard/rtiact-20052.pdf

b. You can get the application typed on blank paper or write the same on blank paper. Attach the required fee for application.
