Housing Society
In our society recently, one of the member who is not staying in our society has rented his flat without informing the society members and last week the tenent had suicided leaving other members staying in the society in tension.
Can we charge penalty to the owner of the flat for not informing the society of renting his house.
and what will be the charges.
