Who will give permission for restaurants in Hyderabad and who has to monitor the health and hygiene aspects of restaurants?

i heard that every restaurant should provide Clean and safe drinking water for customers for free of cost, but they are not providing it.

i what to know more about this issue. whom should i approach and where should i file a rti?

Usage of Plastic Bottled Water is increasing day by day. so need help in reducing the usage by forcing the restaurants to provide Clean n safe water.
