CIC has started listening grievances of public, the decision given below SHOWS this.

As noted above, Dr. Dhasmana has raised an interesting legal issue. As submitted
by Shri Verma, the word “house hold” is required to be properly construed by the
Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas which has issued the Notification in-question. In
the premises, we hereby direct Joint Secretary(Marketing), Ministry of Petroleumand Natural Gas, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi, to consider the issue raised by the appellant herein and have an appropriate decision made by the competent authority in 03 months time.

5. As several such issues have come up before this Commission, we will appreciate
if a copy of the decision taken by the Ministry is also sent to this Commission for
reference.
