CIC ordered PA to supply the info which was not sought in the application and also ordered APPLICANT to not to press for info against two points of her application.


Having considered the submissions of the parties, the Commission is of
the view that the information sought by the appellant pertaining to her alleged
complaint of sexual harassment at work place, entitles the appellant to get the
information as sought by her under the Proviso of Section 24(1) “Provided that
the information pertaining to the allegations of corruption and human
rights violations shall not be excluded under this sub-section.” The
Commission hereby directs the CPIO, to provide the copy of the Enquiry
Committee report free of cost to the appellant within four weeks of receipt of
this order, on the above-said allegations of the appellant, and to provide the
information requested at Points (a) to (i) of the aforementioned RTI application.
The appellant does not press for reply to points (j) and (k).
