high court filing by postal corresponance
sir,
I had applied through RTI seven applications regarding land records in various survey/forest/revenue offices. No penalty was charged to the PIO's by Karnataka Information Commission (KIC) for any cases on second appeal but given warnings only. More days time was given to the PIO's to give the required information and I got useless information. I suspect the KIC authorities get booked/hafta etc. It is very discouraging to use RTI, spend money on consultation, reg. post, time and efforts if no information, compensation, any relief nor penalty to the PIO's even after one year after filing second appeal.
Whereas kindly inform me whether I can file a complaint in the high court through postal correspondence?
The alisedic blog will be referred. Whereas, It was expected for the comments of experts whether complaint/arguements/appeals can be filed through postal correspondence as we are in a village about 500km away from the High Court location. The least answer of Yes/no would be appretiated.

If you objective of going to the High Court is only to get a penalty imposed on the PIO, do not even waste your time - unless you have a very strong case. It will be a time consuming effort with the result not even guaranteed.Sponsorer
