Injustice by SIC manier times information commission itself ignores the requests of RTI applicant and pass the orders favoring PIO without looking factual background and case and merits of therein.
IC most of the times accepts the version of PIO and dismisses the case without any penalization and compensating the appellant.
Members are requested to share such situations face by them any.
