RTI for results not declared by Agra Univ

i was pursuing bba from a colg affiliated to agra university...i gave my final examination last year in may but due to 2 back papers i wasnt a graduate..i gave one of my back papers in december (insurance law) of which i havent yet received any result...and i gave my second back paper this may.the results are of prime importance.i have registered for an mba program and they require my results..for frst back paper its been 6 months and there has been no result.as for the second its been a month..according to the agra uni site the results will declared within 2 months...the contact numbers dont exist and right now i have no idea what to do for my result.if results not declared on tym suffer a loss of 2 lakhs and 2 academic years will be lost. please is there any way to speed up the process....?????
