Rti appeal
I have filled RTI application for getting my answersheet of competative exam in relavant department from last 30 days..but PIO dont gave the any answer from the department.....so what will I do.?....pls give me all informention about this problem....pls help..give me forward procedure...pls

30 days are counted after PIO have received application. so wait for 30+10(for postal delays) days . then file your 1st appeal to FAA.Sponsorer

FAA stands FIRST APPELLATE AUTHORITY. FIRST APPEAL can be filed with designated FAA or in case if details are not available then with any higher officer than PIO in the same office.
