Salary certificate under RTI Act 2005
Is it possible to get 'salary certificate', not salary details,of some other govt employees under RTI Act 2005?
I heard that Salary certificate is generated document as per the request of employee and hence it is not possible to get through RTI Act. If so, I would like to know which ruling?
Pls help!

A salary certificate carries details to paid salary and allowances under various heads . Concerning an employee of a public authority , this is a public document . Copy of certificate issue can thus be obtained as it contains similar details .
