Strange orders of Rajasthan SIC

Sharing interesting decisions of Raj SIC, where in IC while acknowledges the delay in providing information and ordered Respondent PIO himself to decide reasons of delay and take appropriate penal action....

Sharing another interesting decisions of Raj SIC, where in IC issued show cause notices u/s 20(1), while acknowledging the delay in providing information. This notice was not even replied by PIO. Later IC, withdrew this notice, ordering Respondent PIO himself to decide reasons and persons responsible for delay and take appropriate disciplinary action in a month....

Please discuss legality of these decisions.
