Settlement of Pension benefits

Hello everybody,
I am Dilip Kotwal aged 62 years.
I am a retired person.I am following up with my company and PF offices for the settlement of my withdrawal benefit under employees pension scheme 1995.
I have contacted the CPFC,RPFC Delhi several times in the last 1 and half years but to no avail.
I hope you will help me.

RTI procedure is:

1. RTI Application with Fee to PIO

2. If no reply or not satisfied with reply in 30 (or 35 days in case of submission to APIO or under Section 6(3)),
First Appeal to the First Appellate Authority (normally a officer higher than the PIO)

3. If no reply or not satisfied with reply in 45 days to the First Appeal, then Second Appeal to the CIC/SIC (time period is 90 days)

If you have already made a correspondence with your company and PF office regarding the settlement PF it is better to make a RTI application with the respective offices asking the information like the status of your application, what action has been taken on your application till date, name of the office who is suppose to take action and day to day proceedings on you application
