Naveen ji Welcome to RTI India - Complete Online Community Portal for Right to Information In future please start new thread for your queries. Otherwise the importance of your query will be lost in the mix up and you may never get a response. Your RTI application to Delhi jal board has to be as per the Delhi/Central Govt. RTI rules and fees. RTI Fee: Rs. 10 (D.D./B.C./IPO) AND Please See: Delhi RTI rules:Delhi RTI Rules and Fees - RTI Guide Your RTI Application needs to be addressed to the Public Information Officer (PIO).Please see guide segament The guide segment has a lot of information about drafting a RTI application, fees, mode of payment, how to submit, etc. Please spend some time browsing around that section. RTI Guide RTI procedure is: 1. RTI Application with Fee to PIO 2. If no reply or not satisfied with reply in 30 (or 35 days in case of submission to APIO or under Section 6(3)), First Appeal to the First Appellate Authority (normally a officer higher than the PIO) 3. If no reply or not satisfied with reply in 45 days to the First Appeal, then Second Appeal to the CIC/SIC (time period is 90 days) Possibly this info will be of good help to you Revert back if you still have any doubts, members will definately help you out . regards Last edited by ambrish.p; 11-21-2008 at 02:00 PM. Navin, Delhi follows the same RTI Rules and Fees as the Centre. These are available in the "Guide" segment: RTI Guide The Guide segment also has many useful articles submitted by our members on RTI. Kindly read them and they will be helpful for your application process. Please also see various links available on the home page under the "All about RTI" icon. |
