what do u mean by rti?? how can it help me ??? how can i complain against an issue by rti and its contact no also???

no i am a simple user. i dont have any knowledge or rti act.

RTI can be used to seek information from public authorities. It is not a tool to make complaints.
After getting evidences using RTI, you can make complaints, if there is sufficient ground to do so.

a. RTI means RIGHT TO INFORMATION (SOOCHNA KA ADHIKAR).
