Not uploading the RTI Information in the official website.
Dear Members,
I have sent an RTI application under Sec 4(1)(a)(b) on 2nd May 2012 to a PIO(Scanned copy attached).
The PIO has now replied to my RTI Application (Scanned copy attached).Even after the PIO’s reply the Collector, Tiruppur did not upload any information with regard to RTI ACT 2005 as per the Section 4.
Now I have two options:
(a)Go for an appeal U/S 19(1) with FFA.
(b) File complaint before the State Information Commission.
I request the advice of the forum members.

Re: Not uploading the RTI Information in the official website.
Perhaps you could have better worded your application and addressed to PIO of collectorate. Some good application on section 4 are available on this portal, few by Mr Karira.
In this you asked a vague question and so was the reply!!

You may file a complaint with the SIC. This is a fit case.
